Service Description
Pride Trafford Event 2024. Wednesday 15th May 16:30-18:30 Ages 12 - 19 years Gorse Hill Studios, Cavendish Road, Stretford M32 0PS The event is free, but you do need to book in advance so we can track how many wish to attend. EVENT We will facilitate drop in creative activities which focus on LGBTQ+ youth voice, engaging in discussions, ways to express ourselves through various art forms and eat food which young people have prepared. Activities in the past have included, Youth Voice Wall, Banner Making, Badge Making, Cardboard Catwalk and Drag Race, LGBTQ+ films and rainbow tie dye t-shirts. So we plan to have lots to do and ways to connect with other like minded people. We will also be involved in walking in the PRIDE MCR parade in summer so would like to use Trafford pride to connect with young people who might like to get involved in MCR PRIDE and help us prepare costumes, dances, chants and banners!
